About Us
Connecting Futures Australia is delivering School Leavers Employment Support for 16 – 24 year old NDIS participants with the transition from school or post school to adult life with a focus on:
- building independence,
- building soft and Employment skills
- Career planning
- Volunteering and/or Work
- Working towards identified goals in a holistic manner
- Travel training
within Regional Victoria.
We have a Career Mentor work one to one weekly and also within small groups, based on individual best learning style.
We predominantly work alongside Young Autistic adults & Young Adults with Intellectual Disability.
