Come along to Kangaroo Flat Library and hear from our Health Promotion team on developing a plan for healthy habits. 

The session will explore:

  • The Healthy Eating Guide
  • Meal planning and meal prep strategies
  • The benefits of regular exercise
  • Types of exercise
  • Planning a 'Take the First Step' activity
  • Resources.

Designed for those aged 65+ but all ages are welcome. 

Please wear comfortable clothes for light exercise. Finger food will also be provided.
