Bendigo Arthritis Club

Bendigo Arthritis Club Inc. (BAC) is a friendly Peer Support group designed to support people who have musculoskeletal disorders including, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Joint Pain (Back, Knee, and Hip), and Fibromyalgia.

The club is affiliated with Musculoskeletal Health Australia  formerly known as MSK . The club runs warm water exercise classes during school terms and  meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, commencing at 1.30 pm. The meetings are held at the Long Gully Community Centre with guest speakers included.  PLEASE NOTE:  MEETING ARE NOT SCHEDULED EVERY MONTH CONTACT VIA EMAIL, WEBSITE OR FACEBOOK FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.  The Club has several social gathering during the year, Movie nights and Luncheons.

The Bendigo Arthritis Club Inc. has been running in Bendigo since 1976.  It offers members peer support, regular  meetings, social events and warm water exercise classes.
 
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday  commencing at 1.30 pm.
Venue : Long Gully Community Centre, Havilah Road, Long Gully.

The Bendigo Arthritis Club Inc. holds twice weekly 45-minute exercise sessions run by  trained volunteer leaders.  All exercises have been provided by qualified, professional staff and are gentle and adaptable for most musculoskeletal conditions.  Volunteer leaders are fully trained in the delivery of these exercises and receive regular training updates.

Peter Krenz Warm Water Pool, 16 Napier Street, Eaglehawk. 
Two sessions a week -  on Tuesdays and Thursdays - a morning and an afternoon class.

Sessions only run during school terms.

Join the Bendigo Arthritis Club Inc. by completing and returning the membership form and fee/s Annual Membership Fees are $15 for single membership and $20 for a couple.
Annual Membership Fees are due in May.
