HIIT Human Mechanics

A group HIIT session (high intensity interval training) is a workout where people exercise together. In these classes you do fast and intense exercises for a short time, followed by a quick break.

The exercises can include running, jumping, or using weights.  Working out in a group can be a fun and motivate everyone to keep going.

 

What to wear: Running clothes, comfortable exercise clothes

What to bring: Drink bottle

Age 18+
