Treasures from the collection (Saturday)

TREASURES span the familiar and the unfamiliar, the priceless and the everyday.

This exhibition highlights some of the people and stories from the over 40,000 items in the collection. 

Over 150 items never seen before from the 1850s to the 1960s will be on display.

Bendigo and district families have generously donated items over the past sixty years, while thousands of volunteer hours have been dedicated to cataloguing and preservation. 

Visitors will discover items relating to First Nations, gold, businesses, inventions, law and order, entertainment, war service, and immigration.
