Supporting parents and carers of children under the age of 18 with disability
We offer a monthly group (first Thursday of each month) with a cuppa and chat with a qualified social worker and peer support and meeting other carers
We also offer a variety of self care activities such as -
- adult colouring
- art/craft
- kinetic sand
- knitting/crochet
- massage station
- fiction book echange
- gentle stretching and mobility
- occasional visits from a professional masseuse
- and much more
