About Event

The North Western Victoria Region Disability Inclusion Regional Implementation Team will hold an online professional learning session on Tuesday the 29th of April from 1 – 2 pm via Microsoft Teams for allied health staff from external organisations.  

What is the Disability Inclusion Profile? 

The session will include:

  • An understanding of the Department of Education’s Disability Inclusion initiative.
  • Information on the key components of the Disability Inclusion Profile (DI Profile)
  • Clarifying the differences and similarities between the DI Profile and the previous Program for Students with Disabilities (PSD) model.
  • Tier 3 (individual student level) funding eligibility
  • Consent and privacy information.
  • What is considered effective supporting information from an external provider?
  • Where external providers might be involved in the Disability Inclusion Profile.


The session will also provide an opportunity for attendees to ask any questions they may have.
